About Coaching

All coaching is done through email and phone contact. The benefit of this style of coaching is that coaching is available to you as you need it and not just for one appointment per week. Also, no travel!

We've found it far more effective if the people we coach can get support in the moment rather than after the event that tries to stop them. The type of contact varies and is based on your needs, whether you prefer all email, all phone or a combination. We're very personally oriented.

Unused hours are banked. If for some reason you do not use up all of your coaching hours, those hours will roll over to the next year and can be transferred to another person of your choice. It's also possible to convert some coaching hours to a retreat.

About The Coaching Packages

We offer several different types of coaching packages. Some people choose to start with a 3 hour package for $300 so that they can save $50/hr on our services. In all cases, we are very generous with time. You can find pricing and packages to the right on this page.

A log is kept of all interactions, what you promised, and what your coach promised. We also let you know how much time you are using. The logs are marked as to whether the coaching was by email, in person, or on the phone. We are very willing to discuss the pros and cons of each package with you by phone.

Support When You Need It

Once you choose coaching, you will need to email or fax Susan with the following information, providing as much detail as possible.

A Good Starting Point

• An email letter explaining your history growing up
• Provide a list of all significant relationships that you have had.
• List what you want to accomplish with coaching.
• List the top 5 wonderful and top 5 annoying qualities of each of your parents.
• List what you think your love barriers might be.
• Fill out pages 159-162 from Susan Bradley's book:
  How to be Irresistible to the Opposite Sex and give us your list of qualities you cannot live without in a relationship.

Use A Journal As A Tool

Purchase a hardbound journal to keep notes and printouts of our emails. In it, you will record coaching assignments, and capture the thoughts and feelings of your journey to love. You can find a suitable journal at any bookstore. Write as many pages as you would like.

Pleasedo not edit or re-read what you have written. This is very important. Do not worry about spelling or grammar.

We want you just write and write and add to it if you want. Send us the information in sections if you would like. You do not have to wait until it is all done. We need at least 2 pages to start with. The record is 25 pages that someone sent me—now that is a good start!

We want to spend coaching time to get results for you—not to get all the background material. As your coach, we will sometimes hold your hand, listen to you and support you; but other times we will need to gently nudge you in the right directions and prevent you from repeating old patterns. Additionally, your future partner will really appreciate knowing and reading what you have done to have be the best soulmate possible!
